POSITION SUMMARY

We are looking to hire an experienced Café Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our café. The Café Manager’s responsibilities include processing payments using the café's Point of Sale System, making bank deposits, and ensuring that the café is clean and well-presented at all times. You should also be able to oversee the maintenance and repair of café equipment.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Recruiting, training, and supervising café staff.
  • Preparing weekly work schedules for staff and finding suitable replacements in cases of staff absence.
  • Ensuring that all café expenses are within budget and identifying ways to decrease operational costs.

POSITION SUMMARY

We are searching for an engaging, courteous Barista who is passionate about food and beverage preparation and education. The Barista will greet customers, answer their questions, take orders and accept payments, and prepare and serve food and drinks. You will also maintain a clean and well-stocked workspace and dining area, update displays, and continuously expand your knowledge of food and beverage quality controls, preparation methods, and presentation. To succeed as a barista, you should be committed to providing customers with excellent service. POSITION SUMMARY

We are looking for an energetic Food Preparation Worker to assist our kitchen workers by preparing food ingredients. The Food Preparation Worker will wash, peel, slice, trim, chop, and grate fruit and vegetables, and measure, weigh, and mix a wide variety of ingredients. The Food Preparation Worker will cut, slice and grind a variety of meats. You will ensure ingredients are stored and rotated effectively to optimize freshness, and ensure desired stock levels at all times. You will collaborate with kitchen team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

To be successful in this role, you will ensure quality and stability of products by complying with production guidelines, by following standardized recipes, and by overseeing product quality through adequate storage and product rotation. Preferred candidates will be enthusiastic, dexterous and have stamina.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Working effectively with kitchen team, and complying with company procedures and food safety policies.

The Baker will design, execute, and improve recipes, perform quality checks on ingredients and finished products, use icing, glazes, fillings, and decorations to enhance item presentation, and process orders from customers. You will also greet customers, answer questions, clean workstations and equipment, and perform other duties to ensure that customer needs are satisfied and the bakery is well-stocked and operating smoothly.

We are looking for technically skilled candidates with excellent interpersonal skills for the Technical Support position. Technical Support Officers troubleshoot technical issues, provide timely customer feedback, and support the roll-out of new applications, among other duties.

Moreover, Technical Support Officers need to talk to customers directly, as well as create written documentation, requiring excellent written and verbal communication.

We are on the hunt for a talented and reliable Maintenance Technician to join our maintenance department. In this position, your chief responsibility is to preserve the excellent condition and functionality of our business premises.
